		<description>My question is - when they are asked to perform at something like this - are they paid for their singing? If so, if I was Hick - I would be asking for a refund.</description>

Later when he spoke about the incident, he apparently fell back on social training that dictates &quot; Don&#039;t offend anyone ever&quot;.    And of course, he ended up offending many people.
